The place I will describe my Return and Refund Policy to my buyers.

Return and Refund policy:

• Terms of return : 

                              Must be mailed/ returned back within 14 days.

• State of return : 

                              Must  Unused, have no signs of use.

• Reason for approved returns: 

                             1)  Damaged during shipping.

                             2) Wrong product was sent than what was ordered.

• Process for return: 

                              For any refunds buyers are REQUIRED to return all items that are being request to be refunded. 

                              Buyer initiates refund request through email:

                              I will respond as soon as possible, respondents should be made Mondays/Wednesdays. Return shipping  

                              labels will be provided with designated return address within the artist's email respond. After the return is verified 

                              refund will be sent back.
